Listing policy
We do not and will not charge for delisting. Paying us changes nothing about what is listed.
The rule
| Delisting | Free, for everyone, always — customer or not |
|---|---|
| Delisting speed | Identical for everyone. Not expedited by payment |
| Listing criteria | Identical for everyone. A customer’s own space is listed on the same evidence as anybody’s |
| What payment buys | A licence, support, and exemption from rate limits. Nothing about the data |
Why we are strict about this
A blocklist whose contents respond to payment is measuring willingness to pay rather than behaviour. It would be worthless to the vendors who licence this data precisely because it is an honest signal, and worse than worthless to the mail operators who act on it.
So the answer is the same in every direction. If anyone offers to remove an fmb.la or dkimwl listing for a fee, they are not us, and it is a scam.
If your space is listed
Being listed is routine and is not an awkward conversation to have with us. Use the normal delisting route at fmb.la — it costs nothing and it is the same queue for everyone.
If you hold a service licence, what you additionally get is warning: we tell you when something in space you have proven you own becomes listed, so you can deal with the cause before it affects your mail. That is help understanding a listing, not preferential treatment of the decision.
